Products

We describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Some images are styled or digitally rendered interiors; the steel, finish and proportions are true to the piece. The folds of the Vikrit collection are part of the design and vary slightly from piece to piece. Colours may look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay / PayU.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a price was shown in error. In that case we refund you in full.

Designs and content

The Vikrit and Kundal designs are the property of legal business name and are protected by patent registration patent / design registration no.. All text, photographs, renders and 3D models on this site are ours or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written consent.

Use of the site

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of city.
