Where we ship

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. For delivery outside India, write to us before you order and we will quote shipping and duties for your address.

When your order ships

Every Popupps piece is made to order in the finish and size you choose. Orders are usually dispatched within 10–14 working days of payment. Custom sizes and finishes may take longer; we will confirm the timeline with you before production begins.

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–7 working days, depending on your city and pin code.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Tracking

When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

Packaging and delivery

Each piece is wrapped and boxed to protect its finish. Please check the outer box when it arrives. If it looks damaged, note it on the courier's delivery slip, and record a short, unedited unboxing video. We will need it to resolve any transit claim.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the unboxing video. We will repair or replace it at no cost to you. See our Refund policy for details.
